  • Orders for Limited Edition (LTD), Signature Edition (SED), Open Edition (OED), and Grand Image Home (GIH) prints on paper, canvas, stretched canvas, and framed art can be placed through the website.


    Users must be logged in to view pricing, customize orders, add items to cart, or place an order through the website. If you are eligible for a trade discount, your discount will be applied once you are logged in.


    Custom orders require consultation with an Account Manager. Please find the Account Manager assigned to you in the Information section of your Account Dashboard for further assistance.

  • Your Account Dashboard stores your personal information, company information, addresses, Account Manager information, and order history. Please log in here to access your Dashboard.

  • For Standard Grand Image prints without framing or finishing:


    1-15 prints - 3 business days
    16-30 prints - 5 business days
    31-50 prints - 7 business days
    51+ prints - custom lead time


    For Grand Image Home products:
    4 weeks / 20 business days


    For originals, wallcovering, rigid substrates, and any other products, custom lead times will be provided by your Account Manager. Orders including recolors have a lead time of 5+ business days depending on the scope and amount of editing required.
    All orders shipped internationally will have custom lead times provided by your Account Manager.

  • Limited Editions (LTD):
    Our premium collection of images from a distinguished group of artists. Available printed on archival, textured paper or canvas and various other substrates. Offered with artist signatures, these pieces are only offered to the design trade, with very limited distribution channels.

    Signature Editions (SED):
    Our most comprehensive collection of imagery curated to work in most any project, hospitality, senior living, multi-family, workplace or residential. Available printed on a smooth, archival paper or canvas and various other substrates. This collection includes most of the artists we represent, which provides for the greatest diversity of offerings.

    Open Editions (OED):
    This collection of images is available to all channels of business including e-commerce and retailers, as well as all the architecture and design communities. This content may have had a previous life as a well-known poster, or a successful run with a retailer. It may also be so specifically niche in its content that it lives in this collection. A vault of hidden treasures for sure, available on smooth paper, or canvas as well as other substrates and available for licensing.

    Grand Image Home (GIH):
    Our highly curated, framed, and ready-to-hang collection of imagery selected from our existing print lines designed to make the selection process easy for our design and retailer clients. Most images are available in two framed sizes, and with two frame options as standard products. This collection is shown at national venues like High Point Furniture Market. New content is released quarterly into this collection.

  • In addition to the standard options offered through our online store, Grand Image is a full-service art provider offering a full range of creative services and custom products. If you have a project requiring assistance curating artwork, customizations such as re-colors to digital imagery, custom framing, original commissions or printing on acrylic, metal, wood, wall covering, or other custom substrates, please contact your account manager and we will be happy to assist.

  • Our maximum print sizes on our website are set to reflect the size of the original artworks, the quality of the artworks when reproduced larger, and limitations of our printers. However, we may be able to offer artworks larger and on different substrates than what is available online. Please contact your Account Manager for a custom quote.

  • All computer monitors display differently and with different levels of calibration. An illuminated screen will show different color than a non-illuminated surface such as paper or canvas. Grand Image’s reproductions differ within a 10% threshold of change. This change is due to new printers and profiles, manufacturer changes to substrates, and file proofing practices changing in the last decade.

  • Options for appropriate shipping methods will be shown at checkout. Please select the service you prefer, and the amount will be calculated.

    Standard Tube Shipments : For a standard tube of unframed paper or canvas prints, standard UPS shipping rates apply.

    Boxed / Crated Shipments : Framed or stretched original works or stretched canvas prints will be packaged in a box or crate as determined by Grand Image fulfillment for the best protection of the artwork in transport.

    International Shipping : We do not ship internationally from the website at this time. Please contact your Account Manager to arrange international shipping.

  • Grand Image policy warranties against manufacturer defects only. Manufacturer defects do not include damage due to climate, mishandling in storage and improper installation. Grand Image requires notice of any freight damage or discrepancy with product or invoice within 3 business days of receipt of product. Grand Image extends account credit on acceptable returns.

    Grand Image does not issue refunds. All finished products (OED, LTD, SED, GIH, Alternative Substrates) and/or commissioned works are non-refundable nor returnable. No return of stock/inventoried artwork will be accepted as a return if artwork has been trimmed, stretched, framed or altered in any way unless prior written approval has been granted by the account manager. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. All qualified or approved returns must be shipped or returned to Grand Image in the same or similar packaging used by Grand Image. Returned artwork damaged by packaging will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for clarifying proper packaging with Grand Image.

  • Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We offer net terms to select customers through their Account Managers on a case-by-case basis.

    Deposits: All deposits received by Grand Image, Ltd. are non-refundable.
    Credits: Account credits issued by Grand Image will be available on your account for 90 days. After 90 days, the credit will no longer be available.

    PRICES: All prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact your account manager for more details.

    MINIMUM ORDER: $75.00 U.S. Dollars not including shipping.

    QUOTES: Quotes will be provided for any custom product upon request. Grand Image provides quotes for OED, LTD, SED and commissions within 24 hours from request. Grand Image provides quotes for Framing or Licensing within 48 hours from request. Quotes for quantity and Alternative Substrates may take longer than 24-48 hours and you will be notified of approximate time frame upon request of quote. Grand Image will provide crop references with quote forms if applicable. Quotes are valid 90 days from date of issue.

    PRINT VARIANCE: Due to variations in substrate manufacture and environmental factors that affect equipment, images are guaranteed to match the size quoted within a tolerance of one quarter inch.

    CUSTOM MANIPULATIONS: Design time fees for color manipulations are charged by the hour. Grand Image requires physical references – cannot be sent digitally - for all color comparison or manipulations. All crops and digital manipulations must be approved by the client before Grand Image will proceed with production of the custom product.

    TEST STRIPS: Grand Image requires test strips for any image that is quoted above our enlargement standards/guarantee. Test strips are $25. If a test strip is required by Grand Image, the enlargement is approved and the PO for the custom print is issued, Grand Image will waive the $25 test strip fee.

    WRAPS: You may order Solid Color wraps in Black, Turkish Coffee, & White for both Limited Edition (LTD) & Signature Edition (SED), and other Solid Color wraps upon requests for LTD orders. Grand Image requires a physical color references for any specific color requests. You may also specify Gallery (formerly Mirror) wraps around the image for gallery wrapping.

    TURNAROUND: Limited Edition (LTD) and Signature Edition (SED) ships within 5-10 business days from receipt of PO and established payment. OED ships within 7-12 business days from receipt of PO and established payment. Orders with more than 10 paper items or including more than 5 canvas items may take longer. Grand Image will indicate the turnaround for all custom prints and manipulations, volume orders, commissions or alternative substrates on the quote form.

    RUSH FEES: Rush fees are established for any purchase order requiring a turnaround less than the turnaround indicated on the quote form. Rush fees for Limited Edition (LTD), Signature Edition (SED), or OED is $10 per print with a $250 maximum total fee. Grand Image will determine rush fees for all custom prints/manipulations, volume orders, commissions or alternative substrates at time of order.

    INVOICES: Upon shipment of your order, Grand Image emails digital copies of all invoices. Each invoice includes a tracking number for your shipment. The digital version is the only copy you will receive unless you notify Grand Image of your preference to receive a physical copy via US postal mail. Please designate the appropriate recipient’s email address on the accounting portion of this document.

    SHIPPING: Your order confirmation or quote form will designate if your purchase order will ship from a location other than Seattle. Larger orders may be shipped by common carrier. Customers may specify carrier or freight forwarder. In the event your account is not on terms, estimated shipping charges must be prepaid by credit card before Grand Image will ship your order. Once the actual shipping charges are incurred, a credit to your card will be issued if applicable. Grand Image requires notice of any damage or discrepancy with product or invoice within 3 business days of receipt of product.

    DROP SHIPPING: If you request a drop ship to another location other than a facility owned or operated by the "bill to" account, please make the recipient of your purchase order aware. Grand Image requires notice of any damage or discrepancy with product or invoice within 3 business days of receipt of product.

    PAYMENT: Payment must be made in U.S. Dollars. Payment due dates of all approved terms are computed from shipment/invoice date. Sender must pay for all costs of wire transfers of funds, and for any costs of currency conversion. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. There is a $5,000 credit card charge limit per sales order. A $35 service charge will be levied on any account for a returned check.

    NEW ACCOUNTS: All purchase orders will require pre-payment at time of order, unless terms are approved prior to shipping order. Approval of terms can take up to three weeks. Terms apply to orders over $500 net and to non-custom order items. All custom product and orders require a 50% deposit upon receipt of purchase order with pre-determined terms on balance post-shipment.

    DEPOSITS: All deposits received by Grand Image, Ltd. are non-refundable.
