Browse the artwork by artist, category, medium or genre.

When you choose a piece of art you would like to purchase, view it at full image size (by clicking on thumbnail size) and write down the inventory code, title, and artist name, and then continue shopping. When you are ready to purchase, include all this information in an e-mail to us.

Send the e-mail to customer service at service@grandimage.com and we will contact you regarding availability, payment and shipment of your order.

Please do not give any credit card information online.

2. By Telephone

Simply call us at 206.624.0444 ext. 123 and we will be happy to assist you with your order.

Remember to write down all the necessary information so that you will have it at your fingertips. We will need to know the artist, inventory code and/or title of the piece, and if available, whether you want your artwork framed or not, and your preferred method of payment and shipping.

Be sure to include your telephone number and email, if possible, so that we can respond in a timely manner.

Send it to us via fax at (206) 624-0888 and we will call you back with confirmation of receipt and at that time we will take your payment information and shipping requirements.

Ordering Fine Art

Please be aware, any artwork from the POD, Limited Edition, and Originals Collections will be shipped from Location A, our Seattle Corporate Headquarters. If you add artwork from Posters, additional delivery charges will be added.

Ordering Posters

Please be aware, posters from the Posters Collection will be shipped from Location C, Bentley Publishing Group, or Location B, New York City. There will be additional shipping charges if your order includes any artwork from the POD, Limited Edition, and Originals Collections, as this work ships from Location A, our Seattle Corporate Headquarters"

When You Receive Your Order

Be sure to open and review your order upon receipt.

If you need to return Artwork - We'll credit your purchase if you:

  • Notify customer service at 206.624.0444 ext. 123 that you have a return.
  • Return your limited edition or original work in their original, undamaged condition.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.
  • Return within 5 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Prints on Demand orders will only be credited (no refunds) if Grand Image is notified within 14 days of receipt of the order. This credit will be available on your account for 60 days to use on a Grand Image order. After 60 days the credit is no longer available.
  • Any special order Prints on Demand artwork is non-refundable (special cropping, color shifting, test strips, etc).
  • No Grand Image credit may be used to purchase any Grand Image posters.

RETURNS ARE TO BE PACKED CAREFULLY - WE WILL NOT CREDIT POORLY PACKED AND/OR DAMAGED ARTWORK- PLEASE PACK CAREFULLY AND WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING OUR CONTAINER/TUBE TO RETURN THE ARTWORK.

Legal Restrictions: Grand Image products are for wall décor use and may not be altered including but not limited to canvas transfers, etc without written permission.

Shipping Charges: For a standard tube within the United States, charges are:

  Ground $18.75
3 Day $29.50
2 Day $39.50
Overnight $75.00 (does not include AM delivery)
