RETURNS ARE TO BE PACKED CAREFULLY. WE WILL NOT CREDIT POORLY PACKED AND/OR DAMAGED ARTWORK. TO ENSURE CAREFUL PACKING OF ARTWORK, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING OUR CONTAINER/TUBE TO RETURN THE ARTWORK.

Payment Options: We accept checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express). All purchases using a credit card are limited to a maximum $5,000 per sales order per month.

Legal Restrictions: Grand Image products are for wall décor use and may not be altered including, but not limited to, canvas transfers, and so on, without written permission.

Shipping Charges: For a standard tube within the United States, charges are:

	Ground	$20.75
	3 Day	$38.50
	2 Day	$52.00
	Overnight	$97.50 (does not include AM delivery)

For artwork with trim size of over 48" x 48" an oversize tube (over 48" tall and over 6" diameter) will be used with an additional $10 fee.
