2. When you choose a piece of art you would like to purchase, click on the image and make note of the artist's name, inventory code, and size(s) of interest, and then continue shopping.

When You Receive Your Order

Be sure to open and review your order upon receipt.

If you need to return artwork, we will credit your purchase if you:

  • Notify customer service at 206.624.0444 ext. 123 that you have a return.
  • Return your limited edition or original work in the original, undamaged condition.
  • Include a copy of your invoice.
  • Return within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Prints on Demand orders will only be credited (no refunds) if Grand Image is notified within 5 days of receipt of the order. This credit will be available on your account for 90 days to use on a Grand Image order. After 90 days, the credit is no longer available.
  • Any special order Prints on Demand artwork is non-refundable (special cropping, color shifting, test strips, and etc.).
  • No Grand Image credit may be used to purchase any Grand Image posters.

RETURNS ARE TO BE PACKED CAREFULLY. WE WILL NOT CREDIT POORLY PACKED AND/OR DAMAGED ARTWORK. TO ENSURE CAREFUL PACKING OF ARTWORK, WE STRONGLY SUGGEST USING OUR CONTAINER/TUBE TO RETURN THE ARTWORK.

Payment Options: We accept checks and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express). All purchases using a credit card are limited to a maximum $5,000 per sales order per month.

Legal Restrictions: Grand Image products are for wall décor use and may not be altered including, but not limited to, canvas transfers, and so on, without written permission.

Shipping Charges: For a standard tube within the United States, charges are:

  Ground $19.75
3 Day $31.00
2 Day $43.50
Overnight $82.75 (does not include AM delivery)
