Grand Image and the modern design businesses of the 4000 block of Ohio Ave S invite you to attend the 4^th Annual Block Party on Wednesday July 18^th from 4:00pm – 8:00pm.  This year’s event will feature a variety of demonstrations, behind the scenes tours, free food + drink and much more! This is a rare opportunity for the general public and greater Seattle design community to visit, experience and learn more about the unique businesses in SoDo's light industrial corridor.

Great Art for a Great Cause!
Grand Image will have nationally renowned artist Maeve Harris painting live as part of a demonstration and fundraiser for local nonprofit Transplant House Seattle. Enter the drawing for a chance to win the 30 x 40 original artwork Maeve will create at the event.  Tickets for the drawing can be purchased online on transplanthouse.org or at the event! Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20, all proceeds to benefit Transplant House.

Free Activites, Entertainment and Refreshments

• 3form LightArt will have 'Make your own Reclaim Bowl' with a $20 cash donation to the Design Build BLUFF nonprofit organization
• Choice Linens is setting up a big outdoor stage featuring great live music and local bands!
• Galleryi Showroom will have free food and beer provided by the Essential Baking Company and Two Beers Brewery
• All participating businesses will be open during the Block Party, check thier website for more information on food, drink and activities planned
